I'm Gerald Marcus

I've been practicing law since 1987, when I opened up my firm immediately after graduating from the Southern California Institute of Law at the Ventura College of Law Campus. 

I have always been an hard worker both for myself and for my clients. In fact, I was able to complete a 4-year law school curriculum a full six months early, all while working as a full-time negligence investigator.

My Case Files will prove that I've represented over 17,000 clients and obtained more than $400,000,000 in settlements, arbitration awards, and jury verdicts for his clients. I am an active member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and in the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and Beverly Hills Bar Association. I am a part of all these associations because I believe strongly in giving back to the community that has enabled my success. There is nothing more I love than serving justice on behalf of an injured victim.
